Internal record keeping as required by the Driving Instructors Act and the Roads and Maritime Services (RMS).
We may use the information to improve our products and services. Where required by law, regulation or legislation we will share your information with the RMS or its authorized representative. This is a requirement of the Driving Instructors Act.

Security:
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your personal information. Records are securely destroyed after 5 years in line with the Driving Instructors Act and RMS requirements. We   regularly test our cyber security risk level with Government test procedures to ensure your information is safe. Personal information is stored offline.
